Vine on Trellis Time Over
When the vines dry up strat to wither it's time to cut them all down. Put all the vines in your compost bin or compost pile. Then double dig the soil to loosen it up break all the lumps and clumps. Add aged manure over the plot. I cover it with mulch, then grow a cover crop of Legumes.

Picking Squash/Pumpkins off the Vine.
Growing on trellises have so many advantages over the one on the ground. The pumpkins need to be protected from the elements and pest.

Sun Dried Tomatoes are Caned.
After you sun dry your tomatoes Can them in olive oil. The olive oil is heated to 220*F then pored over the Caned dried tomatoes and sealed with a lid.

The tomatoes have been daring in the sun for 4 days. At night I take them in to protect them from pest.

Sun Dried Tomatoes
The sun dried tomatoes are cook out side in the sun for 4 to 7 days. You must have very hot day over 95*f to cook right.
